A cupboard staple, almond meal (ground almonds) are great when a recipe calls for nutty flavour and light texture. You can even use them with gluten-free flours as a part flour replacement.
We like to use it to make gluten-free chocolate brownies, and find the almonds help make them extra dense and gooey!
