Dark Chocolate Bakestable Drops
These dark chocolate baking drops may be small, but they pack a choccy punch! They’re perfect for your finer bakes and even ice cream!
Our chefs recommend using these drops in bakery items needing a short baking time, like biscuits. It prevents the drops from melting away during baking and maintaining their snappy bite after cooling. With their special recipe – which contains less cocoa butter – they easily resist oven temperatures up to 200°C without burning.
We love them in choc chip cookies!
Always add the drops at the end of the kneading process and mix them in very briefly. This way, you’ll keep the drops from colouring the dough and from melting.
