Ecuador tastes very round and brings you intense cocoa flavours with deep roasted hint and lots of fruity and acidic flavours. Hints of rum, whisky and tobacco give this chocolate a very indulgent, round and balanced character.
Made with 70.4% cocoa solids, Ecuador makes intensely flavourful chocolate bars but would also make an amazing hot chocolate! We love it served on its own after dinner with hot coffee.
