Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse Powder
The secret to this milk chocolate mousse’s intense and authentic taste is that it’s made from real Belgian milk chocolate, not cocoa powder. The result is a rich, yet light and fluffy, creamy chocolate mousse.
You can serve your milk chocolate mousse exactly as it is, or try flavouring it with our Orange Spice Drops! You can also pipe it into your patisserie creations as a filling.
It’s easy to make in just 3 steps:
1. Mix the contents of one pack with 1 litre of cold milk
2. Beat at full speed for 5 minutes
3. Pipe into cups or glasses and leave to cool in the fridge for approx. 6 hours OR scoop quenelles after cooling
Top tip: chefs recommend piping the mousse into glasses before cooling to preserve its nicely aerated texture.
