
Chocolate Chip Almond Flour Cookies
These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are easy to make as a healthy afternoon snack for you and the family! The Callebaut milk chocolate adds a creaminess to the cookies that keep you coming back for more.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Callebaut 823 milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180C/160Cfan degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix together the almond flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl
- Add the coconut oil and maple syrup into the bowl and mix gently
- Lastly fold in the chocolate chips
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared sheet pan. Gently press down to flatten
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until it is lightly browned on top
