These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are easy to make as a healthy afternoon snack for you and the family! The Callebaut milk chocolate adds a creaminess to the cookies that keep you coming back for more.

  • Pre-heat oven to 180C/160Cfan degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix together the almond flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl
  • Add the coconut oil and maple syrup into the bowl and mix gently
  • Lastly fold in the chocolate chips
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared sheet pan. Gently press down to flatten
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until it is lightly browned on top
