Milk Chocolate Mousse
- Mix the contents of one pack of Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse Powder with 1 litre of cold milk
- Beat at full speed for 5 minutes
- Pipe into cups or glasses and leave to cool in the fridge for approx. 6 hours OR scoop quenelles after cooling
- Once set, sprinkle Dark Chocolate Curls onto your milk chocolate mousse and serve!
