A mould scraper is an essential tool for scraping the excess chocolate from a filled mould, giving you a level finish.
For best results hold the mould in one hand and scrape across the top, away from your body, and then scrape the sides of the mould to make it easier to clean after. At 270mm wide, you can cover the entire mould in a single scrape.
Mould scrapers are extra useful for scraping excess chocolate and dough from work surfaces, too!
Top tip: Use the handle of your scraper to knock the filled mould to get rid of air bubbles.
