You only need a few ingredients and it’s super easy to make these. Check our ‘Guides’ section for a fool-proof, easy method for making chocolate truffles.

Limoncello Truffles
These Limoncello truffles have just the right amount of lemon zest giving them a real depth of flavour and texture. Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in Southern Italy. It is smooth and sweet with an intense lemon flavour that works beautifully in chocolate.
We like to use our Milk Chocolate Truffle Kits to make these, but you can also use your own choice of milk chocolate like Barry Callebaut 823
All you need is:
- 1 Milk Chocolate Truffle Kit (contains 70g chocolate buttons) (link the kits)
- 13ml Limoncello
- 3g lemon zest (or, 2 drops of our Lemon Spice Drops)
- Make the ganache as instructed in the kit or in our ‘Guide’ using 30ml double cream per 70g chocolate
- Add the Limoncello and the lemon zest
- Leave to set (it may take up to 3 hours) then roll the truffles in chocolate pieces or cocoa powder.
Makes approximately 10 truffles
