Returns and Refunds
We always hope that you will be delighted with whatever you buy from us but if you’re not entirely happy, then you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund. Please note that for health and safety reasons food products, once opened, cannot be returned. Please note also that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and that we are unable to refund any carriage charges paid, unless we have packed the wrong item or it’s faulty.
In the event that we have sent you incorrect items or if the items you receive are faulty, we will replace the faulty items or refund you in full if you prefer.
If your parcel arrives damaged, then please report this to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods for a credit to be given.
