Salted Caramel Cheesecake

This decadent cheesecake is sweet, salty, smooth and crunchy. It really satisfies all the senses!

For Biscuit Base

For Cheesecake Mix


Biscuit Base

  • Line the base of a 8" round tin with baking parchment
  • Crush digestive biscuits into crumbs
  • Add in melted butter and salted caramel crunch and combine
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined tin and place in the fridge to set

Cheesecake Mix

  • Whip the double cream into soft peaks
  • Mix all the other cheesecake ingredients together in a separate bowl
  • Fold the double cream into the cheesecake mix
  • Scoop the mix onto the biscuit base and use the back of the spoon to create a smooth, even surface


  • Drizzle the topping sauce into a pretty design
  • Sprinkle top of cheesecake with the crisp pearls
